Billy was guessing to be the father of a 17-year-old, well he sure did well, by his character Charlie's standards anyway. Infant is completly different, I believe it. Can't compare to being father of Kristen. Billy and his wife are so cute. Nuttier. Ha, she's gonna be a stripper, lol.
